Q. How much will delivery of my order cost?
A. Delivery costs for your order depend on 2 factors - the weight of the products in your order and the speed at which you would like them delivered. Click here to view a table of costs for each of the delivery methods.

Q. How will my order be delivered?
A. Your order will be delivered by Royal Mail Registered Deliver or Special Delivery before 1pm. Both of these delivery methods require a signature upon receipt of the goods.

Q. Is delivery free?
A. Delivery of your order is free if you spend over £50 and will be delivered by Royal Mail Registered Delivery.

Q. How do I know how much it will cost to deliver my order?
A. As soon as you decide to checkout, the delivery costs for your order will be displayed on the screen with options for each method of delivery.

Q. I need a present for my girlfriend's birthday tomorrow, can my order be delivered urgently?
A. Yes, if you place your order before 1pm we can ensure that your products are delivered the next day. Simply select 'Special Delivery' when you check out.

Q. Will I have to sign for my order?
A. Yes, all orders must be signed for on delivery. Please ensure that you are available to sign for your parcel or it may be returned to the post office and you will be required to collect it.

Q. Can I provide my work address as a delivery address?
A. Yes, although please ensure that you are available to sign for your order when it is delivered.

Q. What happens if my order goes missing in the post?
A. If you have not received your order in the time expected, please contact us at orders@wonderproducts.co.uk and we will investigate with a view to issuing a refund or sending out a new order.

Q. What happens if I'm not in when the postman delivers my order?
A. We require all orders to be signed for. If you are not in when the delivery is attempted the Royal Mail will leave a card to notify you and provide you with contact details in order that re-delivery or a pickup can be arranged.

Q. Can my order be sent to an address other than the billing address?
A. Yes, we can deliver to any address other than a PO Box or Channel Islands address.

Q. How do I remove an item from my order?
A. To remove an item from your order, click 'View Order' at the top left of the screen and click on the delete button alongside the relevant product.

Q. How can I check how much I've spent whilst I'm shopping?
A. At any time during your shopping experience you can click on 'View Order' to view the items you've selected and your order total.

Q. Why must I agree to the terms and conditions?
A. Our terms and conditions are in place to protect both you as a customer and Wonder Products Ltd from unforseen circumstances, we do not allow you to complete your order without reading and agreeing to these terms.

Q. Do I have to register before I can buy from WonderProducts?
A. Yes we ask you to register before completing your order so that we can retain your details and make it easier for you to order on any return visits.

Q. How do I know if my order has been processed properly?
A. When you submit your order you will be presented with an 'Order Complete' page which means that your order has been successfully received by us. We will also send you a confirmation email with details of your order and delivery. Please retain this email until you order has been delivered.

Q. Can I pay for my order by cash?
A. No we only accept payment by credit or debit card at present.

Q. How will I be able to identify my purchase on my bank or credit card statement?
A. Your purchase will appear on your statement as Wonder Products Ltd.

Q. Will I be charged VAT?
A. No, VAT is already included in the cost of your product.

Q. How do I know that it is safe to enter my card details online?
A. Ordering online using your credit card is just as safe as ordering goods over the telephone, if not more so. WonderProducts.co.uk has been issued with a Secure Server Digital Certificate by the online Certification Authority, RapidSSL, and has been authorised to display the RapidSSL Authentic Site Seal.

Our secure server technology means that any data you transfer through WonderProducts.co.uk will be completely safe from prying eyes. Every credit card purchase you make at WonderProducts.co.uk is processed via our payment provider Protx (www.Protx.co.uk) and no card information is stored on our servers.     A. From time to time we may send you free samples with your order or special offers via email. In order to ensure that these are tailored to your needs we need to know your age group.

    Q. What is a WonderProducts sampler?
    A. When you register with WonderProducts.co.uk you can choose to join the WonderProducts sampling club. Before stocking any product on WonderProducts.co.uk we like to test it to make sure it 'does what it says on the tin' and is the kind of product our customers would be interested in purchasing. In order to do this, we require a group of people to act as samplers, in other words, trial some of the newest brands in the market for FREE before they are made available for sale on WonderProducts.co.uk. In return, we ask you to complete a short feedback form for us. In order to make sure you're the type of person that the product was designed for ie.you have the correct skin type etc we ask you to provide us with a bit more information about yourself at registration.

    A. Yes, providing all items are:
  • Unused
  • In their original packaging
  • Any product seals are in tact

    A. All returned items must be received by us within 14 days of your order. This does not affect your statutory rights.

    Q. What happens if something I purchased was faulty?
    A. Faulty items will be accepted up to the manufacturer's warranty terms. Please return all faulty items to us and we will refund or replace the items in question.

    Q. Can I return cosmetics?
    A. Yes, providing they have a protective seal that has not been opened or tampered with. Products without a protective seal cannot be returned unless they are faulty.

    Q. How do I return my goods?
    A. To return a product, please follow these steps:
  • complete the Returns Note which can be found on the back of your invoice
  • Replace the product in its original packaging or an alternative of suitable protective quality
  • Send the package to Returns, WonderProducts Ltd, 37 Pulross Rd, Clapham, SW9 8AF

  • IMPORTANT Please ensure you obtain proof of postage of the package. Wonder Products Ltd cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit.

    All refunds will be made to the original payment card used.
