You can return any unwanted items within 14 days for a refund or replacement as long as they are:

In their original packaging
Any product seals are in tact

We DO NOT accept returns on any cosmetics unless the product has protective sealed packaging or is faulty. Faulty items will be accepted up to the manufacturer's warranty terms. |
To return a product, please follow these steps:
Complete the Returns Note which can be found on the back of your Delivery Note. If you no longer have you delivery note you can download a Returns Form by clicking here. Please check your confirmation email for your order number and product codes.
Replace the product in its original packaging or an alternative of suitable protective quality
Send the package by recorded delivery to Returns, WonderProducts.co.uk, 27 The Village, Windsor, SL4 2HU
IMPORTANT Please ensure you obtain proof of postage of the package. WonderProducts.co.uk cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit.
